Standard Marlite FRP is a strong, water-resistant product that has exceptional durability for high-traffic areas and is easy to install and maintain. Certified for low chemical emissions and comes in various textured and smooth surfaces.

What are the benefits of Marlite Standard FRP?

Marlite Standard FRP is moisture resistant, ideal for environments where liquids come into play. This means it also doesn’t support the growth of mildew or mold, making it the preferred FRP for this project type. When it comes to scratches, chemicals and stains, Marlite FRP resists those too and easily wipes clean with most solutions.

Marlite Induro FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic)

Induro Decorative Laminate FRP is known for its wear- resistant capabilities and is created to work with well known HPL (High Pressure Laminates). This is possible because of a process of thermally bonding melamine and impregnating surfacing materials directly to the core of the FRP. Marlite Induro FRP is available in a wide range of woodgrains, solid colors and abstract prints.

What are the benefits of Marlite Induro FRP?

Marlite Induro FRP possesses the same excellent durability as High Pressure Laminates and the same moisture and impact resistant properties as FRP. When it comes to flexibility, its balanced and flexible on both sides and works with HPL case goods and tabletops. Induro strives to be the most affordable product and comes in various trims, hand rails and corner guards. Finally, it conforms with fire ratings and NFPA Safety codes.

How is the Induro panel constructed?

Induro first contains a protective surface sheet, followed by a decorative sheet and the FRP core. The other side contains the same protective surface and decorative sheet which makes up the entire panel.

How easy is the Induro panel to clean?

When it comes to stain-resistant laminate surfaces, Induro can handle any common detergents or cleaning agents without deteriorating. Induro has passed tests with 12 harsh cleaners, lab stains and 2 surgical markers.

Marlite Symmetrix FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic)

Marlite Symmetrix mimics the look of smooth tile on large grooved panels with state-of-the-art CNC and Sani-coat sealer to mimic ceramic tile. This creates a high-quality and durable appearance.

What are the benefits of Marlite Symmetrix FRP?

Marlite Symmetrix FRP comes in a multitude of colors, patterns and scoring features to create a number of designs for your commercial project.

Symmetrix resists mold and mildew, scratching, stains and won’t crack like ceramic tile. It cleans easily and standard solutions and costs less than your typical ceramic tiles. When it comes to toughness, Symmetrix can withstand high impact because of its fibreglass core. Finally, it meets common requirements such as FSIS/USDA and is available in a Class C Fire Rating.

Available in 4’ x 8’ x 3/32” and 4’ x 10’ x 3/32” sizes, Symmetrix is available in a number of styles including checkerboard, classic and subway.

What is the advantage of Symmetrix over Ceramic tile grout lines?

Marlite’s Symmetrix possesses a Sani-coat topcoat which seals the groove lines, protecting against mold and mildew growth. It’s easy to clean and needs no scrubbing. Unlike cermaic, Symmetrix won’t deteriorate or crack from moisture or dirt.

Marlite Artizan FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic)

Marlite’s Artizan FRP has a detailed finish and is super easy to maintain. It thrives on its ability to be more economical than other decorative laminates. All coats of Artizan, including the base, print, precision and melamine are carefully applied to create a strong, durable look.

What are the benefits of Marlite Artizan FRP?

Marlite’s Artizan Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic surfaces trump bland walls with exciting and intricately detailed new walls, creating an ambiance to suit your building project. Artizan is high-impact and resists bacteria, mold/mildew and stains. Finally, it won’t crack and costs less than your typical ceramic tile, Vinyl or HPL.

Artizan cleans easily with standard solutions and costs less than your typical ceramic tiles. When it comes to toughness, Artizan can withstand high impact and meets common requirements such as FSIS/USDA and is available in a Class A and C Fire Ratings.

The layers involved in the construction of Artizan consists of a Sani-coat, 2 Print coats, primer, veil and FRP.

Artizan is available in 4’ x 8’ x 3/32” or custom sizes and allows you to create your own finish by providing a swatch pattern.

Some of the available finish options for Artizan FRP include: Woodgrains such as Mahogany, Cremello and Townsend, Abstract patterns such as: Cody and Adara and Stonegrids such as: Dark, Tuscany and Verona.
