What is Crane Composite’s Glasbord Surfaseal FRP and what are the benefits?

The Surfaseal technology, found on Glasbord panels, provides a unique barrier, providing a film finish protection layer that is highly scratch and dent resistant. It’s a unique process that won’t trap soil or bacteria on the panel layers.

Sanitizers and cleaners that scratch the surface of the panel might cause a change in color. When exposed to the most challenging stains, Surfaseal panels can clean up to 10 times better than other FRP panels from leading brands. It’s also up to 6 times more stain resistant than other FRP panels.

Surfaseal has the best life cycle cost. It’s non-porous to biological resistance. It has a more durable finish and requires no paint and is mold and mildew-free making it very hygienic. Finally, Surfaseal lasts the life of your building.

Glasbord comes in a variety of embossed finishes, including: whites, beige, silver and black. Smooth finishes include: whites, grey, ivory and black.
